Moneybookers Payment Gateway
You can pay online for your orders using our Moneybookers Gateway.
- From within the payment page select -> "Credit Card (Moneybookers Gateway)"
- You will be redirected to secure Moneybookers server where you have to fill in your credit card and billing details.
- Select "Pay NOW via credit/debit card" to pay with your (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DELTA / VISA DEBIT, VISA ELECTRON, DINERS, JCB) credit card.
- You can also pay with your: (eNETS in Singapore, Debit Cards in China, Giropay and ELV in Germany, Solo in Sweden and Finland, Netpay in Austria, Inteligo in Poland, iDEAL in the Netherlands, INGHomePay in Belgium, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta and Electron in the UK).
- To complete the transaction using your credit/debit card, Moneybookers may need to verify your mobile/cell phone number via SMS. A valid number MUST be provided in order to continue with the payment.
- You can also select "Click here if you already have a Moneybookers account!" to login to Moneybookers and pay with your account.
- After the payment is complete you will be redirected back to our site.
You can also add funds into your account using our Moneybookers Gateway.
- This may be done from within your Control Panel by clicking on "My Billing -> Add Funds".
- You will be redirected to secure Moneybookers server where you have to fill in your credit card and billing details.

You can pay offline for your orders using WebMoney to add funds to your Debit Account.

Note:
- The transaction should NOT be Time Protected.
- The transaction should NOT be Password Protected.
- You should have an E-Purse (EURO) and you can transfer funds from your E- Purse to our E-Purse only.
- During the transaction, in the Description field, you must enter your WMID, Purse Number, Customer Username (Email address), Customer Name, Date of Transfer and the Amount of Transfer.
- Once done, create a Support Request under the "Billing" help topic and include all of the above information. Only when we receive this information from you, will we verify your transfer and credit your account appropriately within 24 Working Hours.
- Please note that by adding funds to your account, any pending invoices don't paid automatically and orders don't executed automatically. You have to login to your control panel and manually select the pending invoices to pay them from your account balance.
Wire/Bank Transfers
You can pay offline for your orders using Wire Transfers to add funds to your Debit Account.
Note:
Wire Transfer takes 2-3 business days before they are received in our Bank Account.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If for some reason, you do not wish to continue with the Web Hosting or Email Hosting or Website Builder services provided by VAIOWEB, then you may Delete your package.
Note that, Deletion of this package within 30 days of purchase, entitles you to a sales reversal and credit the amount to your debit account, and there would be a charge of 1.00 USD (converted to EUR with current exchange rate). However, you would not get a credit if you Deleted the package after this period.
If you do not wish to keep the amount for other purchases or for future renewals, then you may request a refund.
Refunds
- VAIOWEB will refund any unused portion of your account balance (greater than 1.00 EUR) within 1 week after receiving a written request containing your Username and Account details, on the letterhead of your Company, addressed to our Billing Department.
- VAIOWEB will not be responsible for any differences in the refund due to Fluctuation in International Currency rates, Banking fees or Payment Gateway fees.
- Your refund will be processed via the same payment mode through which the payment was received in the first instance.
Note: According to policies and restrictions provided by Registries and Certification Authorities, Domain services, Live Chat services and SSL Certificates after purchased cannot be canceled or deleted and are not applicable for refunds. Only Web/Email Hosting and Website Builder services are applicable for refunds during the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period.
Refunds via Moneybookers Payment Gateway
Moneybookers won't refund payment transactions fees, thus your refund will be less than your payment. VAIOWEB will send the refund to your Moneybookers account (your email address used when you made the payment).
E.g.
Payment: 10.00 EUR
Refund: 10.00 - 7.9% - 0.29 - 0.50 = 8.42 EUR
WebMoney Refunds
In order to get a Refund for funds added via WebMoney, you will need to create a Support Request under the "Billing" help topic. Please specify your WMID, Purse Number, Customer Username (Email address), Customer Name and the Amount of Transfer while creating a Ticket.
Please note that Transaction Charges (0.8%) will apply on all WebMoney Refunds.
